CANCELLATION POLICY
🌟 Glow Haus Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🌟 At Glow Haus, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy: 💸 Deposits & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. 🔄 Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made under 12 hours are treated as cancellations and are subject to the deposit policy. 🚫 No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.
